「クィア」の視点から、人やモノの越境をどのように理解することができるのか。また、「クィア・フェミニスト」の知は、シス・ヘテロ規範、レイシャライゼーション、ナティビズム、ナショナリズム、ファンダメンタリズムなどの社会的プロセスと文化的ナラティブにどのような影響を与えているのか。
こうした問いに関心をもち、文化人類学的なアプローチを通してエンピリカルな研究に取り組みたい方からのコンタクトを歓迎しています。研究指導は主に英語で行うため、英語・日本語の両言語で研究資料や文献を読みこなし、活用できることが求められます。
How can we understand the crossing of people and things through a queer lens?
In what ways has queer-feminist knowledge influenced social processes and cultural narratives such as cis-heteronormativity, racialisation, nativism, nationalism, and fundamentalism?
I welcome inquiries from those who wish to explore such questions empirically through an anthropological approach. As supervision will be conducted primarily in English, students are expected to be able to read and work with research materials and academic literature in both English and Japanese.
